Czym jest Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance to zaproszenie do swobodnego ruchu, słuchania ciała i łączenia się z rytmem życia.
To medytacja w ruchu, w której możesz odpuścić oczekiwania, poddać się muzyce i doświadczyć radości, uwolnienia i transformacji.
Prowadzona przez DJ-ów i energię tańczących, muzyka płynie jak żywioły—uziemia, unosi, rozpala i uskrzydla. To nie tylko taniec, to podróż wyrażania siebie, uzdrawiania i połączenia.
Każdy ma swobodę w tym jak się wyrazić w tańcu. Jest przestrzeń na indywidualny taniec intuicyjny, kontakt impro, taniec w relacji z jedną lub kilkoma osobami, po prostu stanie czy siedzenie i poczucie się w
ciele,… i jakąkolwiek inną formę jaką poczujemy. Wszystko na zasadzie spontanicznego ruchu, który przez nas przepływa.
Wierzymy, że poprzez świadomy taniec każdy człowiek jest w stanie odkryć, uwolnić i wzmocnić swój indywidualny potencjał by żyć w poczuciu spełnienia.
Poprzez angażowanie naszych zmysłów i wsłuchiwanie się w nasze ciała łączymy się z innymi ludźmi kształtując kolektywną świadomość znacznie większą od naszej własnej.
Proste zasady Ecstatic Dance:
1. Tańczymy boso (To pozwala nam na uziemienie; skarpetki są OK.)
2. Nie rozmawiamy (Dzięki temu łatwiej jest być w stanie medytacji.
Bez słownych instrukcji od prowadzących. Bez rozmów wśród tancerzy.)
Uwaga: Ta zasada obowiązuje tylko w tańcu podczas setów muzyki Ecstatic Dance, a nie podczas całego festiwalu.
3. Tańczymy tak, jakimi jesteśmy (Nie stosujemy narkotyków/alkoholu, nie używamy telefonów, kamery/wideo, zapachów, bez oczekiwań, osądów, powinności… Po prostu bądź sobą; z szacunkiem dla siebie, przestrzeni i innych.)
Uwaga: Nie stosujemy używek i alkoholu podczas całego festiwalu.

This year, we invite you to step into the elements—feel the grounding embrace of Earth, the fluidity of Water, the transformative energy of Fire, and the expansive breath of Air.
Together, we’ll honor these primal forces as we move, connect, and transform.
Through DJ-led Ecstatic Dance journeys, soul-stirring workshops, and live music, we’ll explore how the elements flow within us and around us.
The elements will guide our steps, awaken our senses, and inspire our hearts, offering us a unique lens to connect deeply with ourselves, each other, and nature.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to move freely, listen to your body, and connect with the rhythms of life. It’s meditation in motion, where you can let go of expectations, surrender to music, and experience joy,
release, and transformation. Guided by live DJs and the energy of the dancers, the music flows like the elements—grounding, flowing, igniting, and uplifting.
This isn’t just a dance; it’s a journey of self-expression, healing, and connection. Everyone is free to express themselves in dance. There is space for individual intuitive dance, contact impro, dancing in connection with
one or more people, just standing or sitting while being present with our body… and any other form we feel like. Everything is based on a spontaneous movement that flows from within.
We believe that through conscious dance, each person is able to discover, release and strengthen their individual potential to live in a sense of fulfillment. By engaging our senses and listening to our bodies, we connect with other people, and shape collective consciousness much larger than our own.
SIMPLE ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES:
1. We dance barefoot (This allows us to connect more fully with the ground; socks are OK.)
2. We dance without words (This makes it easier to be in a meditative state. No verbal instructions from the facilitators. No talking from the dancers.)
Note: This rule applies only in dance during Ecstatic Dance music sets, not during the entire festival.
3. We dance as we are (No drugs/alcohol, no phones, no camera/video, no scents, no expectations, no judgements, no shoulds, no oughts… Just be yourself; with respect for ourselves, the space, and one another.)
